Weightlessness

I created this lamp with the idea of just light up a magnificent piece of wood as if it was suspended in space, in state of weightlessness.

This rare piece of wood has salient cuts ans shows the incredibles lines on all its sides.

The illumination of this lamp gives something magic by reveling all the thin bubbles in suspension.

This lamp is made with epoxy resin and a wood from West Africa, name Zebrano. The base of the lamp is made with white oak and worked with the Japanese burning technique of Shou Sugi Ban. It gives this genuine and natural black color. Two led lights (removable) are integrated.
